Shift-hover over Actions in the Journal will highlight the item that was changed. For long pages this highlight might not be visible. Make an exact copy that will scroll so that the changed item is in view.

Side-by-side viewing is fundamental to federated wiki browsing where various versions of various pages line up for comparison. Shift-hover over an item on one page brings all other pages with that item in view. Shift-hover over Journal Actions operate similarly for all pages except the one hovered.
Click the last item in the Journal to open an exact copy of the page of interest that is now free to scroll. Now shift-hover will bring the changed item into view.
Click the last Action before a delete then hover over the delete to see what was deleted.

Resume browsing without the extra copy by using your browser's back button to return to an earlier lineup.
